Helvoet Pharma to set up new pharma packaging unit in Pune SEZ

Helvoet Pharma, of Switzerland-based Daetwyler Group is setting up a manufacturing base in Satara in the upcoming SEZ in Pune. It is setting up a pharma packaging components with a capacity of 1 billion pieces which is likely to be ramped up to 4 billion pieces by 2015. This facility will also serve as a export base to neighbouring countries. The new unit will go operational by early 2012.
